Important Information

ข้อ 1

ทั้งนี้ให้ผู้ให้เช่าตกลงเป็นผู้รับภาระเงินค่าธรรมเนียม หรือค่าบริการอื่นใดอันเกี่ยวกับการโอนเงินที่ธนาคารเรียกเก็บ และยินยอมให้มีการหักเงินดังกล่าวจากจำนวนเงินที่โอน รวมถึงการหักภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายจากมูลค่าค่าเช่าในอัตรา 5% ในเดือนนั้น ๆ เมื่อได้รับเงินค่าเช่าดังกล่าวแล้วผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องส่งใบเสร็จรับเงินค่าเช่าให้แก่ผู้เช่าเพื่อเก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐานภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่รับชำระค่าเช่าเรียบร้อยแล้ว

ข้อ 2

ผู้เช่าได้ตรวจสภาพรถยนต์ที่เช่าเรียบร้อยแล้ว และเห็นว่ามีสภาพ และการใช้งานปกติตามที่ตกลงกันแล้ว จึงได้ทำการรับมอบจากผู้ให้เช่าไปแล้วในวันนี้

ข้อ 3

ผู้เช่าจะรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นแก่รถยนต์ของผู้ให้เช่า และต่อบุคคลภายนอก ในกรณีที่เกิดอุบัติเหตุไม่ว่าจะเป็นความผิดของผู้เช่าหรือไม่ก็ตาม

ผู้เช่าจะรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นแก่ชีวิต หรือความบาดเจ็บของบุคคลภายนอก หรือแก่ตัวผู้เช่าเองก็ตาม

ผู้เช่าจะรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นแก่กรณีที่รถยนต์สูญหาย หรือถูกขโมย และ/หรือ ล้อรถ เครื่องมือ เครื่องอุปกรณ์ของผู้ให้เช่าหาย หรือถูกขโมย

ข้อ 4

ผู้เช่าจะคืนรถยนต์ พร้อมด้วยอุปกรณ์ที่เช่าไปคืนแก่ผู้ให้เช่า ณ สถานที่ที่ให้เช่า ในสภาพสะอาดเรียบร้อยใช้งานได้ตามปกติ หากพบว่ารถไม่ได้อยู่ในสภาพที่สะอาดจะมีค่าธรรมเนียม 500 บาท และหากคืนรถล่าช้าจะมีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม 1,000 บาทต่อชั่วโมง

เชื้อเพลิงของรถยนต์ ทางผู้ให้เช่ารถยนต์จะเติมน้ำมันเต็มถังก่อนใช้งาน ผู้เช่าต้องคืนรถยนต์พร้อมน้ำมันเต็มถัง

ข้อ 6
ข้อกำหนดอื่น ๆ เพิ่มเติม

ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในรถยนต์อย่างเด็ดขาด หากมีการสูบบุหรี่ในรถยนต์จะมีค่าธรรมเนียมการทำความสะอาด 2,000 บาท

ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงขึ้นรถยนต์โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรล่วงหน้า ความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากสัตว์เลี้ยงจะเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้เช่า

ผู้เช่าต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับจราจรทั้งหมด และรับผิดชอบค่าปรับหรือบทลงโทษใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในระยะเวลาเช่า

ข้อ 1

ผู้เช่าจะรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นแก่กรณีที่รถยนต์สูญหาย หรือถูกขโมย และ/หรือ ล้อรถ เครื่องมือ เครื่องอุปกรณ์ของผู้ให้เช่าหาย หรือถูกขโมย

ข้อ 4

ผู้เช่าจะคืนรถยนต์ พร้อมด้วยอุปกรณ์ที่เช่าไปคืนแก่ผู้ให้เช่า ณ สถานที่ที่ให้เช่า ในสภาพสะอาดเรียบร้อยใช้งานได้ตามปกติ หากพบว่ารถไม่ได้อยู่ในสภาพที่สะอาดจะมีค่าธรรมเนียม 500 บาท และหากคืนรถล่าช้าจะมีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม 1,000 บาทต่อชั่วโมง

ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในรถยนต์อย่างเด็ดขาด หากมีการสูบบุหรี่ในรถยนต์จะมีค่าธรรมเนียมการทำความสะอาด 2,000 บาท

ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงขึ้นรถยนต์โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรล่วงหน้า ความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากสัตว์เลี้ยงจะเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้เช่า
