Refund Policy

We strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all of our clients. In the event of cancellations or changes, please refer to our refund policy below to understand the guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

Reservation Cancellations

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the rental date are eligible for a full refund of any deposits or payments made

Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total rental amount.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental date are not eligible for a refund.

Early Returns

If a vehicle is returned before the end of the rental period, no refund will be issued for the unused rental days.

Refunds for early returns may be considered under certain circumstances, such as emergencies, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show Policy

If the client does not arrive to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled date and time without prior notice, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Processing

Refunds for Security Deposit

The security deposit will be refunded in full upon the return of the vehicle, provided it is in the same condition as rented.

If there are damages, missing items, or excess mileage, deductions will be made from the security deposit to cover these charges.
